At the heart of our programs, we believe testing should be the first step in your job search. Most people conduct a job search in a reactive way, reacting to posted openings and trying to morph themselves into that position. A better way and the path we promote at Career Cafe’ is to determine what you are naturally wired to do and interested in doing.

Together, we define what that role looks like and what you could contribute to an organization. Then seek out that opportunity in a company with a product and culture that is a great fit for you. This allows you to bring your fullest potential to the new position which will lead to higher results for your employer and more satisfaction for you. Utilizing industry leading assessment instruments such as The Strong Interest Inventory, Myers-Briggs, Extended DISC or the Wonderlic Cognitive Skills Test, our staff can assist candidates in developing a profile of their personality, skills and career interests and compatibilities.
