Tim Dugger, Career Coach, and President of Career Café, was born in Chicago and grew up in Highland, Indiana. He graduated from Indiana University Kelley School of Business with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Industrial Psychology, an educational combination that has served him well..

After 4 years with Firestone and Premier Rubber, he joined Management Recruiters of Indianapolis, where he conducted searches for chemists, polymer scientists, engineers, and sales and manufacturing management.

In 1990 he founded SearchPro Group of America, and continued conducting executive level searches for select clients nationally and in seven countries around the world.

In May 1999, he purchased The Pyramids Group, a then 22 year old recruiting firm that provided Executive, Technical, Administrative, and Medical professionals to the Accounting, IT, Manufacturing, Legal and Medical markets.

After 19 years in recruiting and many requests from individuals seeking career guidance, Tim created Career Transition Strategies in 2000 and Career Cafe’ in 2009. Today Career Cafe’ provides fee-based Career Coaching, Testing, Resume Writing and Outplacement Services to individuals, students and organizations across the U.S. and internationally.

When he’s not helping others, Tim enjoys spending time with his family. His passions include boating, motorcycles, racquetball, cycling, reading, attending Jimmy Buffett concerts and playing guitar and piano badly.
